The site will not take my code. It says the voucher code is invalid. What should I do?

When entering the voucher code in the coupon code section, only enter the 16 digit voucer code. The system will not accept the verification code. Make sure to include the dash mark that is included in the code, and do not add a space after the code. The voucher code should be enter as follows:

I need to make a change/correction to my order. How do I do that?

Please send all changes or corrections to customerservice@pbooks-gifts.com. For accuracy and efficiency, we must receive all changes and corrections in writing for accuracy. Our phone agents will not accept any changes over the phone.


I received an email regarding payment. How do I send you a payment?

You will be directed to PayPal to make a payment if your order has a balance due during the checkout process. If payment is not received after the order is placed, then you will receive a manual invoice from us within 48 hours regarding payment.
